Policies & Terms
All policies apply to CopyStrategyPoint, registered at Calle Larios 5, 29005 Malaga, Spain.
1. Data Controller. CopyStrategyPoint, Calle Larios 5, 29005 Malaga, Spain, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].
2. Data We Collect. When you submit a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect: your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide in your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or government-issued identifiers.
3. Purpose of Processing. Your data is processed solely to: (a) respond to your inquiry, (b) deliver requested services, (c) send editorial newsletters if you have opted in, and (d) comply with legal obligations under applicable Spanish and EU law.
4. Legal Basis. Processing is based on: (a) your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit a form or subscribe; (b) contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when engaging our services; and (c) legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for internal analytics and service improvement.
5. Data Retention. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you withdraw consent. Contract-related data is retained for 6 years as required by Spanish tax law.
6. Third-Party Services. We use Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) for embedded maps on our contact page. Google's processing is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your Rights. Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
8. International Transfers. If you are located outside the EU/EEA, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in Spain or other EU member states. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers.
9. Security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
10. Complaints. If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
1. Acceptance. By accessing or using the services provided by CopyStrategyPoint, Calle Larios 5, 29005 Malaga, Spain ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services. CopyStrategyPoint provides copywriting, content strategy, email marketing, and brand messaging services. All services are delivered as described on the corresponding service pages of our website. Scope variations require written agreement.
3. Engagement & Payment. A project begins upon written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.
4. Deliverables. All deliverables (copy, strategies, frameworks, templates) are provided in digital format. Timelines quoted are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. The Company will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Revisions. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted in writing.
6. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered materials. CopyStrategyPoint retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect.
7. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
8. Limitation of Liability. CopyStrategyPoint's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Termination. Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaga, Spain.
1. What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience.
2. Cookies We Use. CopyStrategyPoint uses only strictly necessary cookies: (a) a session cookie to maintain your browsing state, and (b) a localStorage entry to record your cookie consent preference. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Cookie Consent. Upon your first visit, a cookie consent banner is displayed. Clicking "Contact Us" on the banner stores your consent preference in localStorage. This preference persists across sessions until you clear your browser data.
4. Third-Party Cookies. The embedded Google Maps iframe on our contact page may set cookies controlled by Google. These are subject to Google's own cookie and privacy policies. We do not control these cookies directly.
5. Managing Cookies. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair certain website functions. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings menu.
6. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. General Policy. CopyStrategyPoint delivers custom, project-based services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and work completed.
2. Deposit & Initial Payment. Any deposit paid upon project commencement is non-refundable once work has begun. This covers initial research, strategy development, and resource allocation specific to your project.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins. If you cancel a project before any work has commenced (within 48 hours of confirmation), you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit if one has been specified in the project agreement.
4. Partial Work Completed. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, CopyStrategyPoint will invoice for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any overpayment relative to completed milestones will be refunded within 14 business days.
5. Deliverable Dissatisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify CopyStrategyPoint in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will provide up to two rounds of revisions at no cost. If revisions do not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be negotiated proportionally to undelivered scope.
6. Retainer & Subscription Services. Monthly retainer and subscription services (e.g., Newsletter Production, Authority Content Retainer) may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund is provided for the current billing period in progress.
7. Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. CopyStrategyPoint will notify you via email once a refund has been initiated.
8. Disputes. Any dispute regarding refunds should be directed to [email protected]. We are committed to resolving matters amicably before any escalation to regulatory bodies.
